You don't use chemicals, do excellent work, and everyone has been easy to deal with. Our technician, Sol, was able to explain what he would be doing, and he understood the job we wanted him to do. Our carpet looks great, but the extreme humidity has made the drying process take a bit longer than we expected.
Efficient, quick, takes stains out quite well.
Zerorez solution cleans the carpet very well and the stains do not resurface again.

Serviceman apparently in much too big a hurry, clearly missing an area in one bathroom plus others where small pieces of furniture should have been moved but weren't. Also, we have requested the email invoice showing our credit card charge 5 times without receiving it. If you can send this to our email, you should certainly be able to send the invoice.
