Your man (I dont remember his name) did a great job. He followed my wifes instructions and our carpet was restored back 15 years. It is a light colored wool almost 30 years old with many stains. It is in 5 rooms. It looks great...

Always do a great job at cleaning our rugs. Always show up on time. Always walk the area's we need service and listens to my needs. We have three cats and your tech's always take care and work with me not to let the cats out the front door. Your techs are always polite and friendly.

You offer the best and most caring service of anyone out there! You always are able to remove my dog's "mistakes" and this last time even 2 week old human blood the size of a soccer ball from a fall I had taken due to my epilepsy. I would never use anyone else. Marcel took special care of me and made my rug look fantastic!
