The possibilities for solving my Peed on rug and sofa, were not properly explained by the scheduling dept, as was clarified by the actual technician who came to do the work. There was no additional prosess for my sofa, after regular cleaning, I had to just take the cushions in to be restuffed. And my area rug, had no hope of being solved by a regular cleaning, with possible additional treatment. The answer there was to take from my home to the facility wear it is dipped, for a price never explained, so i oppted not to clean the $200.00 rug, for $140.00. If I knew that was my only option, I would have just gone ahead and ordered another rug. The technician was very knowledgeable.
