Great service with a product that really works at an affordable price.
The quality of the cleaning specialist and the job they perform has to be the best in the industry. They are clean, thorough and provide excellent advice concerning how to maintain your carpets.

Clean, clean carpet with no soapy residue!
Overall I think Jonathan did an excellent job but there is an error in the invoice 78813 .Under 0101 area of carpet I only had 2 bedrooms and living room, hallway and den cleaned. I was charged for each room.Therefore I did not receive one room free. I f you would like to refund $60.00 in lieu of the 1 free room that would be wonderful.

The carpets just didn't come out very clean. The stains came out OK but the traffic areas remained dirty. Also, one of the chair pads was left in an office and the carpet cleaner didn't move it. He just cleaned around it and the contrast is really telling of how well the carpets didn't get cleaned.
Friendly staff when making appointment and when arrived to clean carpets. Arrived on time. Did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning our upstairs rooms and stairwell carpets. The carpet hasn't looked this good since we first installed 3 years ago. Thank you!

My caprets and chair/ottoman were cleaned in the morning. They were almost dry that night and definitely were dry the next morning. Everything looked great, I never have any stains reappear, the technician was professional and polite, and Zerorez stands behind their product.
You guys get the carpet nice and clean and the carpet is not too wet.

Fast, no smell of chemicals
Robert my technician arrived promptly, very courteous and efficient. My carpet looks beautiful,clean and it was safe for my kitties. This was my 2nd time with this company and if wasn't satisfied the first time I would have not called again. Sometimes the 1st time companies try to impress and the quality is not the same 2nd time. This is not the case with this company!
