It was convenient getting a quote for the work I wanted to have done and getting an appointment. The technician arrived within the appointment time frame and called 30 mins before arriving. The technician was very friendly, we reviewed the work I needed done and then went to work quickly and efficiently. I will add that I removed all the necessary furniture pieces before the technician arrived to provide as much open space as possible. Also vacuumed the floors before he arrived. These are usually things other companies charge for.

Marcel provides top shelf service. He goes above and beyond to make sure the carpet gets cleaned. Plus, he explains the whole process and how to minimize stains in the future. He will be miss after he leaves. Not sure what I’ll do then.

I was hesitant to try the area rug cleaning because it was so much more expensive than the normal carpet cleaning that I have had done before by you. Unfortunately, the rugs did not get very clean, and I probably just should have bought a new rug instead of spending money on getting them cleaned. I knew one of them in particular was pretty dirty, but it just doesn't look much different than before. Just an idea, but maybe have a technician do a small preview section to see if it will be worth it before they clean the entire thing?

Should send more experienced technicians. Left numerous spots I removed with my Bissell. Had another company come out and hour later cleaned all the areas the cleaner claimed he went over twice. Photos for documentation will be on google

The cleaning removed a small blood stain. The carpet was not as damp as it was with traditional cleaning, dried faster, had no odor, and cleaned all the carpet well
