I made a reservation on line but was unable to get the date I really wanted, so I called and you found a spot to have my carpet cleaned on the day I wanted. Sal called me 45 minutes before arrival, allowing me to secure my 2 cats and do final preparation. Sal and Dave were very sweet, knowledgeable and efficient and did a GREAT job cleaning my carpets. Sal offered an additional special for extra rooms to be "protected" and also offered me an opportunity to have some throw rugs cleaned -- yes, you always "sell up", but it seemed like I got good value for the services provided.

I have been a customer for years, and continue to use only Zerorez for my floors and carpet cleaning. Thank you!

The team did a wonderful job. The house looks great like the carpet is brand new. Got any stains or problems that we were worried about completely out when we get back home and start walking on it we will determine for sure how good a job they did.

I have used Zerorez several times and they never disappoint. Aaron the technician did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpet and downstairs tile. We had a few very stubborn stains, on our carpet, that Aaron was able to remove. Aaron was very polite and professional.

Eduardo was excellent! Extremely detailed and did a very thorough job.

You lied over the phone about a 30 day guarantee; lied about being "upfront" about costs before technician arrived to avoid surprise charges, after I told you exactly what I needed the service for.

Technician showed up and after 5 minutes, quote went from $249 to almost $1500. Then became $650, and then "discounted" to $602.

Was then told I needed to sign a 3 day waiver for the guarantee, but was told verbally the 30 day guarantee would still be valid to protect the survey.

When I called to follow up as there was now a significantly worse odor, I was immediately told I signed a waiver and that I would be charged $80 for a follow up visit.

Literally conmen.

I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpeting once a year for the past 10 years. Their service is the best. Their technicians show up on time, are friendly and respectful of my home. Last weeks carpet cleaning was no different. The technician took extra time to make sure my carpets were as dry and possible that really cut down on their actual drying time. Thank you Zerorez for another job well done.

Rudy at Zerorez arrived exactly on time and was careful to explain in detail exactly what he was able to do. He was diligent in protecting our wood floors and wall surfaces as he maneuvered around the house for the carpet cleaning.

Pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises.

I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning, and now that I know they also clean other surfaces (counters, area rugs and more), I will be reaching out again.
