They did a very good job and were very friendly, I would recommend them to all of my friends. This was my best experience by far, I recommend Sal to anyone. He was the best and very friendly and helpful!
Carpet feels a bit stiff. Was told by technician to vacuum shortly after it dries for better appearance. I have not done that yet and will hold off final decision until then.

I like the fact that they don’t use soap and leave a sticky residue. They pretreat the carpet with an OxiClean spray first and then they steam clean bringing out all the dirt.

When I make the appointment, I asked to make sure they bring the foam blocks and booties for shoes. The tech brought the foam blocks and was not able to bring the booties for the residence. He said that they were not able to give the residence booties.
The technician is super professional came on time did an excellent job positive attitude. I would give him a 10 star if it was possible. I highly recommend this company.
