Tech was friendly, on time, and did a great job

Non of the stains were removed, not even one. Horrible. Extremely disappointed and you still charged us in full. I am going to pay again to have another company to come and clean the carpets.

The technician called to update the timeline and arrived within original estimate. He was efficient and professional AND he did a fabulous job! The bedrooms look great! We will certainly call again.

First I must say Jared was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the process and was very careful with the machines. Once finish the carpet was cleaned and the smell was so nice. I would use this company again. I was really happy with the service from beginning until finished.

Very knowledgeable and quick

We have used Zerorez before. Once again we were very happy with the results. We had carpets, tile and upholstery. Products used get the results but no over powering chemical odors a reasonable drying time. Service representatives very helpful and courteous. Your representative Jason Gerace is to be complimented we appreciated his work and results. We give Jason a A+.

I have used Zerorez for many years. What got me started with them is that the products they use to clean my carpets are non toxic to dogs and children. The employees are always kind an polite and do an excellent job.

Usually my porcelain tile grout come out sparkling clean. It did NOT this time, probably because the cleaning solution was not left on the floors to work while my upholstery was being cleaned. The presoak made all the difference in the world!
Little attention was paid to cleaning.

The results were great and my carpet looked so much better. The technician did a great job and was helpful and effective. I look forward to another visit to clean some upholstered items and other rooms with carpet. It’s was so easy to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule also.

You technician Matt was on time, explained what he was going to do, didn't over promise on anything and did a great job. We love that the process is chemical free and safe for pets and family members.
