As a long term user of Zerorez I love the lack of chemicals, the quick drying time and the feel of my clean rugs/carpets under my feet. Thanks to our very conscientious technician Christian who let me know when he’d arrive, exactly what would be done and how much it would cost and checked after cleaning each space to make sure I was happy with the results. Great job!

The gentleman that cleaned my furniture was extremely polite and well mannered. He took great care and had much pride in what he was doing. Would want him to come again if I had carpet to clean but I don't.

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets since they first started in the 90's with the franchise in Irvine, CA. They do excellent work? We have never needed to ask for a call back. They do it right the first time.
Our technician and now a field supervisor is Sal, he has been our technician for over 7 years or more. He is excellent in his communication, courtesy and professionalism. If he believes we need a sealer for tile or sealant for carpet he recommends and suggests why and the benefits. When he has a trainee, he still works , while showing the proper techniques to the trainee.
This young man is such an asset to Zerorez, he works hard but smart. He is very loyal to Zerorex and his clients.
Additionally, when Zerorez has a special, they always send an email notification. And provide a courtesy discount for loyalty.

Honestly, I just really enjoyed the professionalism of the worker who came to do my house. I enjoyed his personality and his friendliness as well as how quickly he did the job and made sure that I was satisfied with it.

The main reason I used Zerorez is the fact that they don't use any chemicals in their process. The tech was very professional and efficient and the overall result was excellent; carpets are nice and clean. Will definitely use in the future.

When you set a time they always call to let you know they are on the way. Each young man that comes is polite and goes the extra mile to make sure your carpet is is clean as it can get. Their prices are reasonable. I have been using them for years and highly recommend them
