I was somewhat disappointed in the finished product. It wasn't until it was dry that I noticed the edge of the carpet in a few places were still showing soiled. In the past you've done a great job so I was surprised of the outcome. Also , I think that the homeowner should be told that the hose coming into the house is very hot and that it will burn the lawn if not protected. I tried to send pictures of everything but I wasn't able to put it in this message. Hope to hear back from you.

I have been using Zerorez for several years and they always do a fantastic job. The carpets look great when they are done, even the tough stains are gone.

Had the flooring done for the first time and Jorge did a great job. There were some rubber "skeatches" on them and the are completely gone.

Eduardo Valencia did an extraordinary job on our floors and area rugs. He is very knowledgeable and made sure all our issues were addressed. The products and processes Zerorez uses are top notch but you need an experienced technician to apply them. Eduardo is that experienced worker. You need to get all your technicians to his level.

Good services and prices

I want to first acknowledge the person who provided the service, William. He was communicative and shared what he planned to do. Our condo is some distance from the parking area and he was able to make the distance manageable. William was great with our dogs when he arrived and was very pleasant.

My disappoint is in the result. I purchased the three-room special and the odor treatment extraction with topical treatment. As explained by William, this treatment would not only extract the odors but remove the stains associated with the odor. In the primary bedroom, William deployed the chemicals over the areas that were most needed. He did this for the second and third rooms. Although the odor is gone, the stains are still somewhat visible. In fact, one area (in the primary bedroom) has an even larger stain from what appears to be the chemicals deployed.

We have a home carpet shampoo machine. It is my opinion that our machine does the same quality of work as done by the professional service. Our carpet looks only marginally better. The total price was $409 for the service and we were anticipating a far greater result.

A small walk in closet and a landing area of less than 50 square feet were both charged as a separate room, which is a ripoff.

Secondly, one of the service providers asked to use the bathroom 5 minutes after arriving. Would it be possible for him to use a public bathroom on the way to our house beforehand?

Brandon the technician was very professional and polite. Whatever the product was that was used on our tile, carpet and area rugs worked awesome.

Sal and assistant were professional, hard working and eager to please. Did an amazing job! Will highly recommend.

We have several patches that look like urine stains that popped up ( we haven’t had a dog for ten years!). The stains are yellowish on our beige carpet. So disappointed to spend $149 and have a bad look.

My home is not a public restroom. It was like clock work first one guy asked to use the bathroom, then when they were almost done the second guy asked to use the bathroom. I felt like my home was being cased. I didn't like the feeling. With that I will not use you again.
