Our floors throughout our home - carpet and hardwood - feel very clean following the service. Plus, had bathroom shower tiles cleaned saving me a lot of time and reduced physical work.

He worked hard to get out and couple of stains and was successful. He had us approved each room before he went on to the next one. We liked his work. He was quick and efficient. He was prompt and let us know his arrival time before arriving at our door.

Really nothing.....the worker who came to our home was very knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks all for making our carpets look so clean! We also very much appreciate the honesty that was exhibted by the office staff....my husband mistakenly wrote a check for $300 over the payment and they immediately called us to let us know, and from there we figured out how to cancel the check and make the correct payment. Thank you for being so trustworthy.

I've consistently used Zerorez in NorCal and now SoCal. They are professional and always communicate quite well. And, they do a good job cleaning too!
Most of all, the servicemen are always very courteous, pleasant, and all around represent your company well.
I'd like to commend the most recent one especially, I believe his name was Jason? Exceptional. I felt comfortable inviting into my home and he was extremely pleasant and did a great job! Give him a raise! You want to keep an employee like him.
I'll be calling Zerorez next time I need a carpet cleaned.
