Matt did a great jon

I've been using Zerorez for my carpet cleaning for well over a decade. The process is superior to normal carpet cleaning, the technicians are experienced and very professional and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The technicians called ahead, arrived exactly on time, explained how then duct cleaning process worked, finished in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. The entire process was very professional.

We have used this company two times to clean our carpets. By far they are the best and do an amazing job! My mom's house had awful carpets, stained severely by her two dogs. It looked like new carpet after it was cleaned.

Our technician this time was really great. Super friendly, nice, thorough, and did a great job!

Only thing...whatever is quoted to you on the phone, won't be accurate. The price can be $100 higher after they come out and see your house. This happened both times. Luckily, they are so good, I was willing to overlook that.

Fast, efficient and on time. The associate was very thoughtful and respectful of the space.

Marcel did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and made our rugs look fabulous! I will definitely have him come back when we need our rugs cleaned again. He was very kind and compassionate as well.

The quality of cleaning is fantastic. Excellent service from the technicians. Michelle

Marcel is the best technician. We always request him!

As a long term user of Zerorez I love the lack of chemicals, the quick drying time and the feel of my clean rugs/carpets under my feet. Thanks to our very conscientious technician Christian who let me know when he’d arrive, exactly what would be done and how much it would cost and checked after cleaning each space to make sure I was happy with the results. Great job!

Sal the tech is the best. He’s been servicing my house for years. He’s on time, quick, thorough and always thoughtful.
