The tech called to tell us he was 10 minutes away, which I liked. Also he knew a lot about carpets and he gave us some good advice to keep them looking good. It was a very hot day, and the tech was working hard to do a good job. Too bad he didn't have a helper, but he hung in there and finished the job. The carpets look great.

The technician was on time. He did a great job on cleaning the carpet. The carpet is the cleanest it has been in a long time. The product that was used cleaned the carpet. This is my second time using this company, and I will continue to use it.
