Marcel provides top shelf service. He goes above and beyond to make sure the carpet gets cleaned. Plus, he explains the whole process and how to minimize stains in the future. He will be miss after he leaves. Not sure what I’ll do then.

I was hesitant to try the area rug cleaning because it was so much more expensive than the normal carpet cleaning that I have had done before by you. Unfortunately, the rugs did not get very clean, and I probably just should have bought a new rug instead of spending money on getting them cleaned. I knew one of them in particular was pretty dirty, but it just doesn't look much different than before. Just an idea, but maybe have a technician do a small preview section to see if it will be worth it before they clean the entire thing?
Should send more experienced technicians. Left numerous spots I removed with my Bissell. Had another company come out and hour later cleaned all the areas the cleaner claimed he went over twice. Photos for documentation will be on google
The cleaning removed a small blood stain. The carpet was not as damp as it was with traditional cleaning, dried faster, had no odor, and cleaned all the carpet well

Zerorez does an excellent job!
I was talked into accepting a higher quote due to some pet stains at $423 for 4 rooms plus hallway for the 3 room special for $149. And within two days they are already reappearing. This was not the case with my previous techs and I am requesting for the reappearing spots to be redone at no extra charge. I was present during the whole process and it appeared the extra look like just normal spraying of the areas, which seemed like what was already expected with out the additional charges. I’ve been using zerorez for over 20 years in different homes and this is the first time I was not satisfied. I request that Luis the supervisor to come see and do a little spot redo of the higher spotted areas. Regards, Name removed Phone number removed
