I did a thorough vacuuming of our carpet before the technician arrived

- our recent service was carried out very professionally and kindly, the technician was very thoughtful. I told him the last couple times we had done our stairs and hall they were cleaned very well but stayed wet for at least 4 days so was wondering if that was normal, he told me that should not happen, but I told him it is fine whatever he can do, just do his best and I appreciate it. I noticed he went pretty fast on the washing, and then did 2 passes dry-only. It seemed to take less time than prior visits. I was a bit concerned the washing wasn't deep and thorough enough, but was happy at least he took so much care to make sure it dried well, and it was! It was dry in just a few hours and completely by the next morning. I figured the extra drying steps he did would aid in cleaning anyway by extracting the water.

- however, our carpet started to smell musty after just a couple days, where in the past it smelled fine for a long time and smelled very clean. I had previously paid for the odor treatment in prior years because we inherited this carpet from prior tenants. It turned out to be a very expensive carpet that is not made anymore, and I don't want to replace it. So I hoped that annual cleaning from your service will help. We don’t have any pets but I think prior owners did.

What do you advise in this situation? I'd like for them to do a very thorough and deep washing as they did in prior years, but also make sure it does not stay wet for many days and all the moisture is properly removed, but is that too much to ask? Maybe I should pay for the odor removing step again?

Non toxic products. The spots and stains don't come back after cleaning. My carpets look great!

My first disappointment from zerorez. I had grease from my garage door get on my shoe and then on carpet. Tech tried to remove with no success. He did say he called supervisor to request further guidance but no change or improvement.

This has happened once before and the technician I believe was Sal was able to take this out. He also told me he did not want to "risk" cleaning wool rug but was still charged or no change to final price.

Finally, I cannot say for sure but the tech. probably has something to do with my reading glasses missing. They were near the area where he was cleaning in Master bedroom, but after he left I could not find. It would be foolish to steal because they are to my perception. I am thinking they were damaged but did not want to tell. It would be ok with me if they were damaged and he told me, everybody makes mistakes, but hopefully I will find out the truth. I am a pretty minimalist, so glasses just stay next to reading area. I fully admit I could be wrong, but high probably I am not. I sent a text to Irvine regarding this, its two days later and glasses are still missing. I ordered some grease stain remover from Amazon so I will see if that works.

First I paid an extra fee to have a "pet stain treatment" in one room. That didn't work so I had them come back and paid for a special deep pet stain cleaning using "the claw" and that also didn't work...still smelling cat pee. So now I have to replace the carpet in that room.

I would love to send pictures of our stairs which are now discolored. Also the spinner broke while the tech was here and now I have to wait a week and a half to have the rest of the tile cleaned. I’m very disappointed.
