I was worried the 4+ year old stains in our carpet would not come out and was pleasantly surprised that they did! Our ZeroRez serviceman communicated exactly as promised, arrived on time and was kind and respectful. I am so happy with the results and our carpet is not only noticeably cleaner but the whole house smells cleaner. Great value for the results!
