Fantastic customer service. No chemicals used & my carpet looks like new.
I used Zerorez multiple times before and all good experience. But last time, the technician did not do a good job, tile floor and chair look not clean after the service. I decide not to use Zerorez any more.

I love how there is no leftover residue after things are freshly cleaned. There is nothing leftover to attract dirt.
I also enjoy how professional the technician is. He used great care with our house and took his time to do a thorough cleaning and thorough cleanup thereafter.

Jorge Martinez has cleaned my floors carpets and furniture the last 3 years. The experience is excellent. He arrives on time and does a wonderful job. The products he uses are excellent. No mess, and no odour. I have limestone floors which are very hard to maintain and Zerorez does a far better job than companies that specialize in cleaning stone flooring. I highly recommend Zerorez

Your website did NOT make it clear that I’d be subject to an additional $50 fee for someone to bring a portable unit, since my home was a 4th floor apartment. I feel the pricing wasn’t transparent, and it caught me off guard to only find out about extra fees by a phone call later when I called in to reschedule my appointment timing. I’m disappointed in the quality of cleaning as well, and was more hopeful in the outcome as some higher traffic areas are still not very clean. I only lived here 15 months and the carpets, although not new, appeared clean when we moved in.
