Our tech was awesome! He called
And communicated when he was arriving, respected our home and was very careful while cleaning the carpet and tile/grout! We had great results and can’t wait to have ZeroRez back again!
Great Company - always remember you successfully removing a large spilled black Coffee area from our wool carpet!!! Amazing….,
Timely, excellent cleaning job, good communication, & reasonable rates. And the service guy was kind, explained things well, & didn’t leave a watery mess.
I had three rooms cleaned and a hallway and everything looks great.
Great Experience with Zerorez!
Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Zerorez, all thanks to Brandon! He did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and upholstery.
From start to finish, Brandon was incredibly thorough and hard-working. He didn’t rush the process at all, taking the time to ensure every high-traffic area and piece of furniture was treated properly. Because of his attention to detail, the results are excellent—everything looks completely refreshed and incredibly clean.
If you are booking with Zerorez, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. Professional, efficient, and dedicated to doing the job right. I will definitely be using them again!
Tech was professional & got the job done. Carpets look SO much better.
I'm disappointed booties were not available - they've been so helpful in the past. Perhaps reconsider - tho' I realize belt tightening is the name of the game now.
I like that I can get a large amount of carpets cleaned in one day, many times what I could get doing it myself with a regular carpet cleaner. I also like that the solution used is effective without leaving any chemical or perfume smell. I have used Zerorez many time in the past and recently and plan to again.
Cleans carpet very well. Will Jackson did an incredible job on our carpets & stairs!
ZeroRez got my carpets very clean. No residue on my carpets. The tech was nice and prompt with the services.
The techs who came were efficient and worked hard. They were polite and courteous. The prices, however, are too high.
Appeared very prompt and very through cleaning. Brandon was polite and very professional. Highly recommend working with Zero Rez!
Your carpet cleaners are the best., including what to move and how.
Prompt, friendly efficient and carpets look great.
Fast and efficient!!!
Prompt, did a great job
It was convenient getting a quote for the work I wanted to have done and getting an appointment. The technician arrived within the appointment time frame and called 30 mins before arriving. The technician was very friendly, we reviewed the work I needed done and then went to work quickly and efficiently. I will add that I removed all the necessary furniture pieces before the technician arrived to provide as much open space as possible. Also vacuumed the floors before he arrived. These are usually things other companies charge for.
My carpets and tile floors look beautiful and clean again !
Helpful, accommodating, well done job.
The airduct cleaning service was done well and priced fairly. I do feel I overpaid for the dryer vent cleaning (a 10 min job).
The technician finish the job in a timely and professionally order. I am satisfied with the service.
Good pricing and very effective cleaning
, tile and grout look new again !
My carpet looks amazing !! Julio and Anthony did a fabulous job
