My dog has allergies & Zerorez is ok.
The office staff needs to have better communication with the customer and with their service tech. My service tech did not know all the info. I had provided the office staff regarding size of the surfaces to be cleaned and extra services requested. For instance, we needed some furniture moved and the office didn't say there was an extra charge for that. So the service tech said more $ would need to be added for services he should have know about before he came. Consequently, it took him WAY longer to complete the job once he started. We agreed on a fair price but it was left for the service tech to figure it all out.
Very pleased with the service. Tile and grout much better.

Moved some furniture around and put some on the beds promising to put them back with plastic under them. At the end made some excuse that they may stain the carpet! Hey you said you will put plastic under them! I ended up with chairs on the beds and other pieces of furniture in the bathrooms! I told him my husband is out of town and I need u give me a hand at least to move them back... I did not pressure him. So I had to wait 2 days for my husband to come home and put them back!
Also he only had one blower which he put on the stairs and nothing for the other rooms.
I am disappointed.
Everything was just so pleasant and easy! From first phone call to make appointment, to technician's promptness and heads-up call, to technician's demeanor and professionalism, to the fantastic, miraculously clean carpet I am now enjoying! Thank you!
One note for improvement...my carpet took a full 24hrs to dry, far beyond the estimate of 8hrs given on then phone. The technician estimated 12-24hrs when he arrived, and my apartment's carpet was tacky/damp well into the next day.
Ensure a great job is done the first time. Twice I have had to call the technician back to redo an area or job. The company is extremely polite, accommodating and does not charge for touch ups. After the second time to either touch up or redo an area, the carpet looks amazing!! I just wish I wouldn't have to call and inconvenience the technician to get the awesome results.

You saved me! Another company cleaned my carpets and I began to sneeze, itch and cough almost immediately! I was taking allergy meds round the clock until ZeroRez came and saved the day! Ease of appointment. Good Explanation of estimated quote. Good Explanation of what to expect from the driver. Received the call the day before and from the driver 20 minutes before arrival. Driver arrived in the early part of our 2 hour window. Driver/Technician was courteous, respectful, informative and interested in what we wanted done, he did the carpet cleaning efficiently and finished. He explained clearly what to do to help the carpet dry timely.
