The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He paid attention to details like where the heavy traffic areas were and gave them special attention. He answered my many questions, then restored my 29 year old carpet to looking great again. We know that carpet replacement will be years off since we love it and know that the quality will be hard to replace. The price for a great cleaning was minimal since the alternative would have been the cost of replacement.

There is no hard (or soft - heck - there is NO) sell of additional products or add one -- no "if you buy this TODAY you'll get".....whatever.
The technician shows up, does his job, requests inspection & leaves promptly. It costs exactly the price I was quoted. EVERYTIME!

Do a little better job. It was good but not as good as your previous guy. It was alot more expensive this time and definitely not worth it. Also you leave us so wet and smelly it kept us awake. The young man was very nice, hard wofking and pleasant.

Most of all we use you because we've always used you, but your prices will push us out of your market. I'm sorry but we're seniors on a budget, just too much. You don't use chemicals, do excellent work, and everyone has been easy to deal with. Our technician, Sol, was able to explain what he would be doing, and he understood the job we wanted him to do. Our carpet looks great, but the extreme humidity has made the drying process take a bit longer than we expected.

Efficient, quick, takes stains out quite well.

Zerorez solution cleans the carpet very well and the stains do not resurface again.

Gabriel and Jeff in the office are great to work with, and our technician Eduardo did a great job. This service was for a live theater and so far (well, ok 2 days so far) the place looks great. We will book Zerorez again.
