carpet is clean and fresh feeling after zerorez service and shampoo
My appointment was to be at 2:30 and while I was informed the technician would be late, he arrived @ 3:45. I understand that things can happen to delay an appointment but he said he had already had 5 appointments that day. I wish I had postponed for the next day. The cleaning job in my living room was good but the bedroom not quite as good. I have used your company before and I know my carpet is older so while I can't give the cleaning a 10, I would recommend your company as it is by far the best I have ever used. Thank you.

The tiles were well cleaned after some research as to how much cleaner to use. Lots of old sealer and through the years it layered and then some came off. Not a nice look. Now it's even color and clean.
Carpets are extremely clean and smell very fresh. Lasts a long time. I have used your service in the past and I would not have anyone else clean my carpets. Next I am going to try the grout in my tile floor. So glad you lowered prices. I am able to use your service more often. Sal and Brian are great, very competent and polite.
Take more time. $300 for 1 hour is a little steep.

The prices are high
We very much like your cleaning process and results.
However, when we just had our kitchen and family room floor cleaned, our walls were damaged. The machine sliced into the paint on our baseboard, requiring us to repaint the baseboards. And there was splatter over one wall, and we think it was the stripper that splattered all over that wall. It's been very hard to remove, and we fear that it will remove some paint in the process forcing us to repaint that wall.
This should not have happened. We had a simple floor cleaning job that resulted in several major maintenance repair issues for us.
