This is the second or third time we've used Zerorez. We have been happy each time. Brett has been our technician each time and he is absolutely the best! Super good at cleaning, super polite and super personable!

The guy who cleaned the carpet was wonderful, friendly, polite and worked hard, no slacking. However the carpet was not as clean as I would have liked in doorways, maybe my expectation was too high? but it's in the bedroom upstairs with light traffic and only 4 years old. The other thing I was told 8 hours drying when I booked on the phone, I have 3 sets of French doors in this room and had them open all day, it took 36 hours to dry enough for us to sleep in the room again.

My carpets look like new! Daniel was friendly, professional and got right to work. He was thoughtful about leaving the front door open when there was smoke in the air from a fire nearby.

It would have been nice to know that I could not walk on the carpet for 6 to 8 hours before I hired you. I could habe been more prepared with my daughter and dog. Other than that, the carpets look great!

After being upset and disappointed by another company claiming to be Zero Rez and not showing up, we were able to have an appointment the next day. Our rep was very knowledgeable about the services and the process which made my husband very happy. We had our tile floors and carpet cleaned, and they both had super results, came out very clean.

He did a very nice job. But very expensive. Nice gentleman.

I like that the carpet stays cleaner longer AND that someone actually reads the comments from the clients and follows up with the client's concerns. This is OUTSTANDING service from a business and I applaud Zerorez for doing it.

This is the second time we've used Zerorez because we liked the way they cleaned the carpets last time and the great service. We won't be using any other carpet cleaning service. Matt not only did a great job of cleaning our carpet but gave us some tips on what to do between visits for spills, etc.

This was the third time I used Zerorez. Had the carpets and tile done the first time. Fantastic! I was disappointed the second time because the carpet was wet. Decided to try again yesterday. I told the technician in advance not to leave it wet. He did a great job. Totally satisfied.

The carpet didn't seem as clean as it has in the past after being cleaned. I had five rooms cleaned and protected and it took one hour. It takes me nearly that long to simply do a good job of vacuuming. For the price I paid, over $300.00, it seems more time should have been spent. I believe every business should make a profit, but paying over $300 for one hour of sub par work seems excessive.

Carpet was left sopping wet. It took until the next day to dry out. I received a call from Eric who said he would look in ti issue, but zi have not heard back.
