Your call center needs some serious work. When I booked the appointment, the gentleman on the phone didn't ask enough questions and didn't book enough time or enough technicians to finish the job. This was VERY inconvenient as I took a day off work to have the job done. Then, when I booked the second appointment to finish the job, they arrived an hour late (my window was 3-5 pm and they arrived at 6 pm). Again, this was extremely frustrating. The job was done well. I was very pleased with Dennis. But everything else was very frustrating.
My experience with technician,was excellent. He did a fabulous job.
However it is so difficult to get through on the phone or to get a return call.
Daniel was great! He was really helpful, very professional, and did a thorough cleaning of my tile and carpet. I was very impressed!

Juan was very helpful and did an amazing job removing the horrible stains on our carpet. Juan was on time and was extremely careful when moving the cleaning equipment throughout the house.
The carpet is so thoroughly clean and soft after the cleaning.
Never used Zerorez before and had my Brothers chair and ottoman cleaned he lives out in Hemet on Hospice and I didn't want some noisy machine to come to do his cleaning. They both came out great. The citrus smell was wonderful. Will use them to clean my carpets soon! The techniction was very kind and polite towards my bothers needs. Great job Zerorez!!👍
I am thankful that zerorez finally has someone who will come to the San Bernardino mountains. I used to call every summer to see if they had someone lined up yet. Finally in 2014 we had our first cleaning done.
We love the way our carpets look and want to be on a list for next summer.
