Robert was awesome! We initially wanted to cancel the morning of our appointment, because my girlfriend was feeling a little under the weather. He was very understanding and agreed to just clean our living/dining room, hallway and sectional. The equipment, prep work and end result were top notch. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!!

Great job on hardwood floors and carpets.
We have many pets so I use Zerorez because of their chemical-free cleaning system. I had the tile floor and grout cleaned in my kitchen, family room and long hallway. The floors looked like new after he was done. The tech also advised me to use vinegar and water when mopping the tile floors and that has really helped keep the grout from getting discolored. I have recommended your service to my mom and she has been using Zerorez also for her carpets.

Very satisfied but you need to let us know about the water purification charge of $19.00. That was an unexpected surprise. Phone estimate didn't even come close to what I ended up paying - not pleased with that either.

I love the truly clean look and feel of my carpet after cleaning. Having a young child in my home as well as pets, I'm glad to have chemical-free way if cleaning carpet. I can't afford to replace my carpet. After cleaning, it looks like new!

You guys are extending the life of my 25 year old carpets. Going to schedule every 6 months to delay inevitable new carpet or tile floor purchase.
This is the second or third time we've used Zerorez. We have been happy each time. Brett has been our technician each time and he is absolutely the best! Super good at cleaning, super polite and super personable!
The guy who cleaned the carpet was wonderful, friendly, polite and worked hard, no slacking. However the carpet was not as clean as I would have liked in doorways, maybe my expectation was too high? but it's in the bedroom upstairs with light traffic and only 4 years old. The other thing I was told 8 hours drying when I booked on the phone, I have 3 sets of French doors in this room and had them open all day, it took 36 hours to dry enough for us to sleep in the room again.
My carpets look like new! Daniel was friendly, professional and got right to work. He was thoughtful about leaving the front door open when there was smoke in the air from a fire nearby.
