We have travertine tiles and the grout was pretty bad..so I was not hopeful that they could make much of a difference.

Rashad Jordan is the senior technician who provided Zerorez services for me, and he was terrific. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Additionally, he's very personable and it was a pleasure having him do the work.

On time, Daniel called to say he was on his way! Once here, we discussed the areas I wanted to have cleaned & welcomed his suggestions on what was best for each rug. Daniel was great, very professional & at the same time, personable. He paid attention to detail & took precautions to protect my hardwood floors.
