I called for an appointment on Saturday, was able to schedule service the following Monday, received a reminder email on Sunday and a confirmation call regarding the arrival time on Monday morning. The technician arrived at the designated time, completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner, and was very professional. I am very pleased with the cleaning results of the carpets and would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family! Thank you.

There is no "upselling", the techs are friendly and fast and professional. They call just before they come and are prompt. The time window is a narrow two hours. The carpet cleaning itself is great.
