They are clean. I don't like chemicals in the house. They young man was very professional and did an excellent job
When my carpet dried, it was crunchy and a Little bit hard. There definitely was some residue on the carpet. I hired you guys previously, and the carpet was very soft and clean up after it dried. This time, it was not. I called on April 28 and let Debbie know. Somebody was supposed to call me back on Monday, May 1. Nobody called me back. When I interacted with you before, you guys had great customer service. However, this time you guys didn't follow through. I am disappointed.
I was told by your technician that you dont use soap.

Love the alkaline water, no residue. Cleans my carpets better than any other company; and I have used many. The service is excellent! Our representative was polite, careful and conscientious. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service.
Service technician is always great and honest.
I was told over the phone after I explained the blackness in the carpet in the living room where the couch was this included the hall way and master bedroom that no matter how dirty the areas were that the type of specialized water being used will get the carpets cleaned. Your service did not clean the areas to acceptable standards. I had to have the living room, hall way and master bedroom carpets replaced. I was given the impression over the phone that your services will clean the carpets. So I gave you a try. I will be more than happy to try again in the future because I believe in a second opportunity.
Our carpets were filthy, with lots of dark wear patterns. Eight days after cleaning by Zerorez, & the stains are still gone. I keep waiting for them to re-appear, like they usually do after getting the carpets cleaned, but so far, so good!

Very green, no chemicals and carpets and floors are spotless when the job is complete. Also, the technician (Keith)that came the last 2 times (once for carpet and then again for tile and travertine floors) could not have been more knowledgeable and delightful. Truly a pleasant experience all the way around. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Your products for cleaning the carpet was wonderful. We had a teenager vomit on our upstairs carpet outside of the bathroom in two different areas. The man that served us was very kind and did a wonderful job and was very friendly. When we need our carpet cleaned in the future we will call your company. I was very impressed.
Robert made certain he was there on time as I had a full day. He is friendly, professional in his manner, did an excellent job, wasn't bothered by the parking issue on the street and didn't bat an eye when my pug Oscar, gave him a look and then promptly piddled on the rug he was about to clean. Robert was at my home yesterday. He was friendly, efficient, and careful with the things in my home. The items cleaned look very nice. Robert took extra time to check a stain on a chair cushion and treat again until the stain was gone. Zerorez has cleaned carpet and chairs for me in the past and I am always pleased with the results.

Superb job on the carpeting and you brought my granite counter back to life. I especially liked the professionalism of your service technician, Sal. He made sure that every thing was just perfect and when the tile floors seemed to have lost their shine after the grout cleaning, Sal came back the very next day and fixed the problem.
