The Zerorez representative, Robert, was knowledgable about my flooring (slate, tile and hardwood), made some excellent recommendations for my hardwood floor, answered all of my questions and explained what my options were for certain issues, and did a fantastic job on the floors. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Zerorez in the future for my cleaning needs.

My carpets seem to stay cleaner for a lot longer so I don't have to clean as often. Good thing for a customer's pocket book but not so good for your bottom line.

I have a white Berber carpet. Zrez gets it clean without leaving soap residue. The de-ionized water Zrez uses dissolves grease and stains, and although some stains leach back up from the underlying carpet pad, the treatment lasts for months.
