Juan, my technician was very good, very polite and very thorough.
Very green, no chemicals and carpets and floors are spotless when the job is complete. Also, the technician (Keith)that came the last 2 times (once for carpet and then again for tile and travertine floors) could not have been more knowledgeable and delightful. Truly a pleasant experience all the way around. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Your products for cleaning the carpet was wonderful. We had a teenager vomit on our upstairs carpet outside of the bathroom in two different areas. He is friendly, professional in his manner, did an excellent job, wasn't bothered by the parking issue on the street and didn't bat an eye when my pug Oscar, gave him a look and then promptly piddled on the rug he was about to clean. Robert was at my home yesterday. He was friendly, efficient, and careful with the things in my home. The items cleaned look very nice. Robert took extra time to check a stain on a chair cushion and treat again until the stain was gone. Zerorez has cleaned carpet and chairs for me in the past and I am always pleased with the results.

Superb job on the carpeting and you brought my granite counter back to life. I especially liked the professionalism of your service technician, Sal. He made sure that every thing was just perfect and when the tile floors seemed to have lost their shine after the grout cleaning, Sal came back the very next day and fixed the problem.

The carpet looks, feels and smells so clean! For the first time, I feel like my carpet has been thoroughly cleaned and all of the dirt is actually out of it!
One of the best carpet cleaning I've had in a while
I am a return customer and have recommended people to you in the past, so I called you in to clean the carpets while my mother was in the hospital. My $50 coupon expired 11 days before I had my carpets cleaned. I had 2 others laying around my house somewhere and was told to check the expiration date. Couldn't find them. I was quoted $199 to clean 2 areas which includes a water treatment fee. Water treatment fee? You could have dumped the water down the drain in my driveway. The living room where I had moved all furniture out of, and my mother's room where cleaning was just around the bed and in front of the vanity sink. Simple simple. I added the stairs and was charged an additional $80. I gave the man a cash tip because that's what I do. Then I get a email coupon from you guys offering me 3 rooms for $199 (Presumably including the water treatment fee) and a 4th room for free. Makes me think I got robbed the first time.
Then the kicker while the man was here. "This carpet in the bedroom is coming clean better than the one in the living room. It's a shame that the last person who did your carpets didn't tell you that you needed the Scotchguard treatment. It's too late now" The carpet in the bedroom is some cheap stuff the previous owner put in to sell the house 20 years ago. I assume it was cheap , why would you spend money just to sell what at the time was the worst house in the neighborhood. The carpet in the living room was not cheap. I put that in.
So long story short, I feel like I've been taken by a slimy used car salesman and I don't want to do that to my friends. They both thought you guys were too expensive too. They have since used other cleaners and felt they got better results.

fast /clean /dried very fast - Jonathan was very personable and accommodating.
Our carpets were filthy, with lots of dark wear patterns. Eight days after cleaning by Zerorez, & the stains are still gone. I keep waiting for them to re-appear, like they usually do after getting the carpets cleaned, but so far, so good!
