My first experience with zerorez was great! I was extremely impressed with the results. This second time, results were good but I was not "wowed" like I was the first time. we also had a couple "hiccups" this time.
The technician was very courteous and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do. The work was done very well. I also appreciate that I was called about a half hour before he arrived, so I could know when to expect him.
I liked the rep who was very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job.
Very happy with the service. When you offer a similar deal, let me know as I will have my own home done too!!
Zerorez products and services do what the company says they will do.
Did a really good job cleaning the carpet. Old stains from other vendors were removed. You pay a little more but you get so much more back. WOW, what a difference.

I like that you don't use chemicals. My technician Rashad Jordan was great! Very nice, professional and he did an excellent job on my carpets and sofa.
The carpet looks spectacular and the stains that got wore in over the year are greatly minimized. Matt is a greet technician and does a fantastic and thorough job of restoration. The stain shield makes the job even better as it deters the soiling from deeply penetrating.
Technician was on time and did excellent work.

I like that your products do not contain soap and that they don't leave residue in the carpet. Every technician I have had is very friendly and accommodating.
The quality of work can't be beat. Service techs arrive on time, take great care to protect woods, door moldings and furniture. Office staff are polite, professional and do a good job scheduling appointments. I have been using Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed with their service.

Some of the areas look like you got the dirt but it just sort of migrated. Like a halo around where there was high traffic.
Carpet doesn't feel entirely different than when I've had other carpet cleaning done.
Except in the area that I asked him to concentrate on.

It just doesn't feel like all the "whatever" got sucked up.

It's all right. Old carpet. Pulling up in a few months but after all the hype I was expecting more. Especially for the cost.
Easy appointment process, prompt notification, stains were removed from carpet after I thought they would be there forever, the slate flooring looked better than new and the granite counter tops shine!
