Technicians are always prompt, friendly, and do an excellent job. Daniel was here last week, and was so personable and did a great job of cleaning our carpets. We've been using Zerorez for years and will continue to do so. Love those $50 off coupons!!

He explained exactly what he was going to do, the products he was using and made suggestions and recommendations on cleaning a particular item.
