Prompt (email confirmation/voice mails re: services upcoming and/or confirmed), courteous, attention to detail. As I talked with Robert (technician/specialist), I mentioned how much I noticed and liked Eric's marketing for Zerorez! An easy read. Short. Precise and to the point. What's not to like about Zerorez. . . this is my 3rd time for service and I have referred this service out to my friends/family.

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet cleaner was professional and worked with us to move furniture and other items. Went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. Was personable and friendly. We have used Zerorez for years with really good results. This gentleman was probably our best. Thank you.

does not leave residue smells clean and cuts grease on carpet and leaves it very clean kid friendly. the tech. showed up on time and was very friendly neat and clean . was very clean when putting down all the hoses and protected the walls and furniture. Robert Keith and we will use him again and again. we would recommend to all are friends. and your company as will.

Your service performs as advertised, and the technicians are genuinely polite and businesslike at the same time. Sal (in December) and Brett (in March) both were a pleasure to have in our home.

What could we do to improve?

Floors weren't shiny. Really cleaned nice and shiny last time you cleaned our travertine floors. This time they are clean but very dull.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I heard the KFI special for 3 areas at 119 and when I called the person told me nope that is LA and their price is 199 for 3 areas. Then you wanted to nickle and dine me with a 20 dollar water fee. Give me a break. I was a first time Zerorez customer and not sure I will come back with that kind of customer service. Daniel who cleaned the floors was awesome though

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez consistently provides prompt, courteous and highly detailed carpet cleaning services. After years of use, our carpets look like new each time after one of Zerorez's friendly professionals are finished. Jonathan Burns came out two days ago and worked assiduously throughout the house while maintaining his patience, diligence and good humour. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone wishing to have their carpets thoroughly cleaned.
