your technician called to state when he would arrive and if it was ok if he arrived earlier. He was in and out within 40minutes, and was extremely polite. There was no chemical smell afterwards and carpet smelled better.

Everything. Carpets are clean without using heavy chemicals. Also, Marcel was wonderful and careful. Also, explained the process very well to me.

Effective in restoring carpets to like new condition. Very competent technicians. Only downside is relatively high price compared to competition.

We moved into a house in which the carpets had never been cleaned. They were exceedingly dirty. I told the tech I had tried getting out some of the stains and filth, to no avail. He assured me the ZeroRes system would get some of the stains out. Boy was he right!!! I still cannot get over how beautiful the carpet looks! Love love love this company!

Your carpet cleaning system doesn't use soap and leaves no residue to catch dirt. The carpet stays cleaner longer. Looks like new after it is cleaned. Dries quickly; usually in a few hours. Your employees are on time, efficient, and they do a great job!! Thank you very much!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

The representative was knowledgeable about his product. Was able to tell me what to expect as far as drying time for both carpet and grout. Confirmed with me when he was done if I needed any assistance in getting the furniture back into place. However, I would suggest that your service people be a little more tuned into people's pets. I didn't realize the front door was open so my dog walked out the front door and down the street. I wasn't aware of it until a neighbor called to tell me the animal was loose. It turned out OK but since it was obvious an animal was in the house, once the front door was opened he could have let me know what the next step was so I could have secured my dog.
