I liked that my carpet looks amazing after they cleaned it. It was looking pretty bad but now it looks brand new. The guy Keith that came to clean the carpets was nice and professional. Price was also reasonable.

The serviceman was nice and efficient, on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming...this is no reflection on his service; but the carpets are still showing pet proteins from urine. I thought those would come up with your process. Maybe a steaming is more effective cleaning after all.
