The carpet was cleaned but the floor looked just as dirty when the guy left. My floors looked worse because he stripped them and took my shine away. 200.00 dollars for a very poor job. Never again!

The technician did a good job on the carpet cleaning and completed it in 2 hours, but he showed up earlier than I had been told (11:30 rather than between 1:00 - 3:00) and I did not receive the 30 minute call when he was on his way that I was counting on - I had to come from work. I was overcharged for the work in relation to the estimate I had received, and had to reply to the e-mail sending the invoice to request a refund, which I understand is coming. If you submitted the invoice to the customer and then accepted payment, this problem could be resolved.
guy was professional and courteous, showed up on time.
Michael showed upon time with a great big truck full of equipment not just a little van with a small heater. Upholstery came clean that did not with other cleaners. Carpets and furniture dried as advertised even though it was raining. Great job.
Soon after moving into this house, we re-carpeted everywhere except in one room. We have wanted to finish the remodeling, but have not done so for a variety of reasons. The carpet in that room was especially nasty and dirty. We needed it clean for an event at our house next weekend. Even after a good cleaning, we knew that the carpet would still look nasty, but at least it would be clean. We were wrong. The carpet looks AWESOME! We never dreamed that it could ever look so good. Thank you! You gave us one less thing about which to stress. Additionally, the price was very reasonable and service was great.

The carpets look great and the office chair that I thought would not be recovered looks and smells great, too! The draw back was pricing. I knew the cost for the chair. I gave an estimate of the total square footage through the website, but the person I talked to just wanted to know the number of rooms. She didn't ask about stairs, bathrooms, or hallways. She also didn't mention the optional protecting or what that cost. The final price on just the carpet cleaning was 50% more than what I was quoted. That was quite the sticker shock! I would appreciate a more accurate way to price my order.
My carpets stay clean. The service is great. Every Zerorez tech I've dealt with has always been courteous and informative.
It dries quickly and cleans up well, without scrubbing the carpet.
