I love the fact that Zero Rez uses no chemicals, especially because I have children. Also, our carpets definitely stay cleaner when there is no residue to attract new dirt.

Robert did an excellent job on the carpets in an amazingly short time. He was careful to keep the work area clean and when he left, the only way anyone would know he had been there was the fact that we now had clean carpets--not dirty ones. He worked to remove any stains and they have all disappeared. I have already recommended your service to my friend and neighbor.

This is the third time I've used Zerorez, and your technicians are always very friendly. This last cleaning left my carpet feeling crunchy and I don't remember that happening with previous cleanings.

It is always good and I am always happy with your service, however the last house you cleaned came short. In some areas the smile of the did urine come back 2 days after cleaning . The technician is coming back to clean I hope he will a better job this time.
Use of a non-toxic cleaning solution, and no "soap" or detergent residue to collect dirt. Also very much appreciate having Matt as a technician. He is courteous, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and efficient. He listens carefully to what needs to be done, and he treats my home with care.

Sal my technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and through. He arrived during the time frame I was given and was very professional talking about the quality of the company. I will be recommending Zerorez to my family and friends.
We have used Zerorez several times and would never consider using any other company to clean our carpets. Our carpets although being very good quality,they have been around quite awhile. Zerorez makes them look great every time. Whoever the technician is you send, they are always well trained and know their job, as well as being very personable.
I appreciate the non-chemical products as our family has many allergies and asthma. The service is always prompt, courteous, and very professional.

That they have no chemicals and are a green way to clean your carpets. That they don't soak your carpets. Our technician, Matt, was very courteous and polite (something that has been lost in the service industry). One of my best friends recommended Zerorez (They live in Riverside and have used Zerorez twice now). I'm fully satisfied with our technician and the service he provided us. I would definitely recommend Zerorez. Thank you and keep up the good work. P.S.... Our window time was between 8 and 10 am. Matt called us about 40 min. before his arrival. He arrived about 9:05, and took about 1 1/2 hrs. Not bad at all.

I think the expectations over the phone should be made more clear when calling for service. When a person specifically says rugs cleaned due to puppy, the person needs to be clear of add on charges and what can and can't be accomplished.
