I like the fact that akaline water is used and not soap. Mostly I like the results we got in cleaning porcelain tile that is polished but has lows that are unpolished. So the lows build up grim like grout does.

I use Zerorez for three reasons: 1) the results consistently are far better than I have received from any of the soap-based service providers, 2) pricing is reasonable and 3) the work crews are the nicest, most professional guys I have met in this industry. You hire very well and you obviously train your people meticulously.

The only disappointment was a price higher than I am accustomed to paying--actually by $175.00! However, the technician, Keith did a very thorough job and was extremely pleasant and polite. I guess the only other thing is that when I scheduled the appointment, the gal said it would take 8 hours to dry. It has been over 24 hours and the carpet and rugs are still a little damp.

I liked that Eduardo arrived on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had him clean the carpets which came out looking pretty good as the kids have spilled food, drink, nail polish, etc. on the carpet over the years. Our tile floor and grout looks brand new.
