Feels really clean. I didn't do carpet this time, but like how soft carpet is afterwards. This was my first time for tile. It looks really beautiful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I feel that it is too expensive. I was given a quote on the phone and then it was even more when the technician got here. He only had to clean half of one bedroom, and also charged me for a very small hallway at the top of the stairs.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet is clean but I have issues with your approach to the sale and service functions. You are not transparent, Ie. When I made the appointment they said nothing about not moving furniture. That came in a followup email. the special was three areas, which meant to me three rooms. But oh no it means three areas. So in reality you cleaned far less square footage than if there were no furniture in the rooms. So I actually had two areas cleaned equal to about 700sq ft. Where if I the rooms were empty You would have cleaned 350 sq. ft. And they never said anything about stairs counting as two areas. I feel as thought I have been immersed in very well thought out marketing.
If I recommend it will be devil warned.

Except when new, My carpets were never cleaner than after they were cleaned by zerorez. They do not use chemicals, only their special water so there really is no residue.

What could we do to improve?

The guy who came out named Rolando was awesome! He did everything he could to help us and get us the best deal . He was thorough and made sure to get everywhere. My only issue is the carpet still feels dirty or oily and wasn't dry still after 24 hours. I don't think it was anything Rolando did or didn't do I just was hoping for no residue being left and something is causing the oily greasy feeling
