The man helping us was very nice and thorough, he tried to clean urine in our upstairs bedroom, but then the smell lingered for days. I wish he had done something about the smell as well as the stain.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was knowledgable, professional, cleaned our carpets like they were brand new, and gave me tips on how to clean up our pet messes.
Robert did an excellent job on our 15 year old white carpet. The stairs needed extra care and Robert was able to make them look almost new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez services to friends and family.
Zerorez cleaned my white carpet so it looks good again. They also got some tough stains out of 3 sofas. I am very pleased with the results.
