We had our tile cleaning. The tile was left with a residue on it once all the water dried. After it was cleaned, we had to mop it to get rid of the residue. The grout is very clean now, however, when you're paying $500 for your child to be cleaned, you would expect that you wouldn't have to mop it afterwards. A little disappointed

The technicians all work very hard & get my carpet & floors really clean! I also like that you only use water & no harsh chemicals.
When the fellow called, I told him I would be a few minuets late. When I arrived home, they waited for me. I was very pleasantly surprised. Both were very courteous.
No residual smell. Carpets appear to be clean, obviously time will be the test. Drying went well. Wasn't home but my wife reported they were very polite, which makes me happy, as people sometimes aren't that great when just the wife is around.
Carpet looks great! Our problem is pet odor and unfortunately after two cleaning sessions there is still some odor.
Tech always arrives promptly,is clean,friendly,protects furniture & door jambs with guards, and I never have to wait days for an appointment.

The service technician Robert Keith was so careful with our house, he protected the corners of all of the walls and the wood floors. He was super polite and did a great job on our carpets. You can feel how clean they are, so sticky soap residue. We always use ZeroRez.
