My wife and I were ready to spend $4000 to replace all of our carpeting in our home. We decided to clean the carpets one last time before our holiday party, because we were so embarrassed by our pet stains. We have had the carpets cleaned by different companies previously, but they never looked clean. My mother-in-law recommended Zerorez. She said that they did a terrific job, and she said she heard about it on the Bill Handle Radio Show. Matt from Zerorez did such an amazing job that we were shocked by how clean the carpeting and rugs looked. It looks so good that we did not have to replace the carpet after all. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we will definitely be repeat customers.

There are no cleaning products used by any other service able to match the quality of cleaning carpets as Zerorez. The operator was thorough and took the time to instruct me regarding the best way to clean pet stains between Zerorez cleanings. Sadly... my carpet is 16 years old but Zerorez brings it right back to life for a fair price. Thank You

Way more expensive than I heard on XM radio. I was invoice $214. For 240 sq feet. He was done in an hour. Frankly, I feel taken advantage of.

I had a twill sofa from Pottery Barn that was cleaned on 12/30/16. It was the first time the sofa was cleaned. The fabric was completely stretched out during the cleaning process and it never returned to a "taut" state. I do not know what happened but the Zerorez employee said he had never seen that before. I do not know if the Zerorez employee used too much water, too much pressure when cleaning the fabric, or if it was due to some other part of the cleaning process. I will be calling a manager on Monday 1/9/17 to discuss. I would like a refund of the costs for the sofa cleaning.

Not be so expensive
We have a stain that is a splatter in my son's room that was not there before. It appears to be oil that was sprayed on our carpet. My husband called to inform the technician's supervisor and he is due out on Monday to inspect our carpet. I have had only zerorez clean my carpets for the last 12 years and this has never happened before.
