No residue, very cautious with walls and furniture, timely, polite. I have NEVER been disappointed with your service! Prompt and agents work so independently. Dries faster than any service I have ever had and I am not new at this.

Zerorez always does a fantastic job. The technicians are thorough, polite and helpful. Zerorez is the only ace we use for carpet cleaning...all the other companies use asthm and allergy inducing products and just don't clean the same.
The gentleman who came out was great!! He answered all my questions, did a great job on the carpets, and suggested additional products that would benefit us. I will definitely call zerorez for all my carpet needs.

We've had our carpets cleaned before, but tried the granite clean and polish service for the first time with great results. Our
Kitchen island and counters look even better than when we moved into our new construction home over a year ago. Sal is always professional and meticulous.

Very communicative - appreciate the call the day before confirming time, appreciate the 30 minute notice prior to arrival - invoices are in agreement with price quoted, and last but certainly not least, the rugs/carpets are clean!
The technician was knowledgeable regarding our wool area rug and I was determined the best option was to take it to the facility as it required more care due to fringes. He cleaned our stairs without shampoo just water to extract soil. They came out the best they have ever been. The only issue was that I was told over the phone that steps would be $80 but he said that is only for one flight. We live in a townhouse so there are two levels. I wasn't prepared for that quote but decided to have it done.
The job is well done by a pro.
The employees are friendly, professional and hard working. My carpet is in great shape due to zeroes. Their is no strong smell.

Quick, efficient , only a bit more $ than the other carpet cleaning services - and I have seen in the past that YOUR service lasts much longer in keeping carpets clean. Plus the process seems better for the carpet in general. THANKS!!! Also - the cleaners are very friendly and helpful.

This is our 2nd use of your company with this cleaning technology and we are extremely pleased wit the cleanliness of our carpets and the affordability. Our carpets have never been so clean. Highly recommended!!
Initial appointment was not honored, and we were notified of the cancellation 45 minutes prior to our appointment time. Service was rescheduled for the next day. Two carpeted rooms and a tile kitchen were cleaned. Carpets were not cleaned as well as we had hoped, but in the high traffic areas that is understandable. However in the kitchen, the grout was untouched and the surface of the tile actually appeared more dull after the cleaning. In looking at the tile, it does not appear that any cleaning was done at all.
Because of the cancelled appointment we were told a credit would be applied to our final bill, however that was not honored either. Only discount applied was the first time client $15 off. I'm afraid due to all these circumstances we will not be using zerorez again and will not be recommending the service to anyone else.
On a positive note; technician Matt arrived within the appointment window. He was polite and finished the service on time.
