The carpet feels like new after cleaning, and the cleaning person was friendly and courteous. Best carpet cleaning ever!
The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care in ensuring my hardwood floors and walls/base moldings were not damaged as he worked. Not to mention the fact that the process does an incredible job of cleaning our carpets/rugs. It was completely worth it.

The man that came did a good job. Protected items by arranging blocks under an antique dresser. Pre-treated areas that needed it, put a scotch guard type treatment on living room after cleaning. Put back almost all furniture already, about 24 hours as stated.

The carpet dried in less than 24 hours. It feels soft like it did when the carpet was new - it looks new - all stains are gone. I also had the premium fiber protector put on. Matt was very helpful, professional and committed to Zerorez and their products.

Carpets were expertly cleaned. The process didn't "soak" the carpet - it was dry the next morning. This was the second time Darnell cleaned our carpet. We found him to be extremely competent, professional, and courteous. We would be happy to have Darnell clean our carpets in the future.
My carpet is 11 years old and been through several pets, one of which was elderly and sick, and had left a lot of urine spots in the house. After the carpet was treated and cleaned, the spots were virtually gone! I was worried we would have to replace the carpet, but after having it cleaned, it looks like we won't need to do that.
There is no problem with them being off schedule. The spots are scrubbed and the rugs are not too wet.
Unfortunately Rashad arrived quite late. Our window was originally 12 to 2PM, and moved the afternoon before to 10AM to 12PM. Rashad did call and indicated an approximate 2PM arrival since the customer before us had extra work for him to do. He was here from about 2:15 to about 3:45. Previously Rashad has moved our couches and elliptical machine out to clean under, and then back again, placing styrofoam blocks under the feet. This day, none of this was done. These items are too big to move thru the hallway to the garage, so must be moved during the service, and then back again. Rashad has always done this for us, but the time allowed was shortened due to the previous customer demand. My husband was in the garage and wishes Rashad had asked for his help to make these necessary moves. Most of the carpet looks nicely cleaned.
The previous customer should have been required to reschedule so that we were not short-changed in our time allotment.

I have used Zerorez for the last 6 years. We love the end result. No odor. Just a clean carpet. I have pets and they always remove the stain and odor.
