How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

One of the main services we requested (and were charged for!) was not completed. Our patio furniture pads were not cleaned and that was part of the service we paid for. It's even listed on the invoice I was emailed after the service was completed.

We were out of town and left a check for the technician. I expect to have the resolved as early as possible this week.

On time, courteous, helpful, clean, conscientious and incredibly beautiful results! What more can you ask for? Not only that, but I forgot to move the dining room table for our Thanks Giving dinner so there was a small section overlooked... and the technician made time to come back and get it done before company came! I highly recommend them and look forward to doing biz with them again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez is amazing in the way it cleans. I have never had a spot on my carpet, or furniture, that
they can't remove. I have two large rescue dogs, who make lots of spots for different reasons, and I don't have to worry because I know Zerorez can remove them. Thanks for a great service!
