I love how my carpets feel clean, not soapy like other cleaners have left them. Daniel did a great job and I definitely ask for him when it's time for another cleaning!

Prompt, polite, explained the process to me and even gave me tips to keeping the carpet clean longer. I've used Zerorez before and have always loved how clean my carpets are and that there are no chemicals used.

I feel the process really cleans my carpet better that only other service I have had.
The technician moved some furniture that was too heave to move and got into all
the comers of the rooms. The technitian was a very pleasant individual.

Gets the carpets really clean, does not take long. Brett, the service person, did an excellent job and was extremely nice. I did have a very bad experience with the first person you sent a couple of weeks ago, who was extremely rude, but I am writing this off as a glitch.

I already have...Rashad (I think) was very friendly and professional and tackled the tough stuff without hesitation. My berber carpet looked new after he left. This was the third time in a row that we've used ZeroRez.
