Robert (technician) did an outstandingly good job. He is a real professional - knows his business and knows how to keep the customer happy. Robert works extremely hard to make the carpet look like new. Zerorez cleaning formula works better than the chemicals other companies use. We would have no hesitation in recommending Zerorez of Orange County to our friends and neighbors.

Train employees in pro actively contact their customers when they can not meet an apppoitment.
Give your customers the choice to have a firm apppointment time, not a 2hrs window....even if that means waiting for the first available first apointment of the day.
Great service, good people, but the unreliability of window schedules is a big negative to repeat and more frequent business.

Not cleaned well. Spots still very obvious, high traffic areas still gray, sofa and chair arms not clean, one marked spot totally missed. I have to assume you guys tried, but its not clean, so perhaps your cleaning solution is not effective on our off-white carpets and furniture. Perhaps a solution with some bleach would have been more effective, but Zi don't know the carpet cleaning secrets. I have been using this company since the very early years if Haibes&Cross, but this was the most fisappointing job you have ever done for me.

Arrived on time, did a fantastic job on both rooms and a large 7 X 10 area rug as well. Matt the tech was very informed about the services available, and the job was done promptly and quite well.
I will definitely be calling in the near future to get sofa and chairs cleaned, and the tile floor in the kitchen as well.carpets all dried in a veey short amount of time.

My carpet still smells like dog urine in the hallway and the ink spot the guy said would either come out or never come out, was still there, but when I dabbed it, it kept coming up on the towel. I think it can be removed completely.
