Friendly and professional people
On time, call before arrival, great price. Been using for years. Carpets stay clean because there's no soap to attract stain. Smells clean and dread every time.

Robert was very responsible, polite and worked diligently while here. I thought the pricing for the carpet cleaning was fair, though I was surprised that my walk in closet was an additional $25. When I called in and asked for quotes, I thought the carpet cleaning was reasonable, but the upholstery cleaning was quite expensive and out of line. Also, I asked about stone cleaning and decided to not pursue because the quotes were very expensive and out of line with what I had paid another company the year before. The representative on the call on the phone in said that the technician could adjust prices once on site. All was good - prices were adjusted to be more reasonable on the upholstery cleaning. I had 4 breakfast room seats that I thought he said he would do for $10 each. Once he gave me the total, I could not rectify, but paid him anyway. One problem with the Phone App doing the work is that I never saw the detailed bill. Anyway, once I received the bill via e-mail, I saw that I was charged $20 each seat cushion. Since I helped him move them to the location for cleaning, I was aware that the cleaning did not take more than 20 minutes. $80 for 20 minutes seems out of line. Sooooo......since I learned about you on a community web site, my input, if asked, would be that your basic prices for carpet cleaning are reasonable, but everything else is out of line.
I have tried another competitor, my neighbor recommended ZEROREZ. I was impressed with that the three steps ingredients which included STEAM. The preparation and cleaning process was so efficiently sequenced as Darnel was so careful and precise with his every stroke working with the machine.
In addition, the communications (phone and emails) were extremely helpful to specifically prepare the areas to be cleaned and the limits of what would not be included in the service.
Finally, I was impressed how Darnel shared that he LOVED his job with ZEROREZ!! AND...I was impressed how white my white carpet could be cleaned! Yes, I will be a returning customer!!
Friendly service , no chemicals. Our specialist was the most thorough, nice guy. He was an expert and very fair.
There is no residue, the stains come out and don't come back. The technician is so professional and helpful.
The solution was not able to clean the dark line at the edge of my carpet or the brocade fabric on my living room sofa. But, Daniel did his best to clean them and he was very patient with me in trying to tackle these issues. The dining room chair seats came out fairly well and the grout on my kitchen floor did look better but did not come up as clean as it should have. Again, Daniel is an asset to the customer service aspect of your company.

Show up on time. Do what is advertised. Only question is the water surcharge. While we're still in a drought, the major crisis is passed. The surcharge is "gravy."
I had to have someone come back to redo areas of carpet. I am extremely satisfied now. I had Sal come the first time I used your services and had requested him specifically to come when I scheduled an October appointment. I was told I would have him but that did not happen. He did come back for the redo and I am very happy. I feel he is very thorough and will request him each time. The person who came in October was very nice and helpful, though. There were just some areas that didn't quite come out as clean as I knew they would. Sal came back and did a great job. Thank you for seeing to it that I was completely satisfied. The customer service was very impressive.
Your customer service was excellent. I rugs are clean and there is no cleaning smell.
Zerorez gets my carpet clean without extra fragrance or nonsense. The tech arrives on time and gets to work. The drying time is very quick, by the next morning it felt dry to the touch.
