The service is great. Very friendly workers. Extremely effective cleaning.
fast and very professional
Our two small dogs do not have accidents in the house. The carpet is only a couple years old. There is a small area that one of the dogs like to sit. I would say 3x3. Before the cleaning, there was a faint dog odor. After the carpet dried, the odor was way more strong. Would assume it is due to cleaning pushing it down to the pad. I emailed zerorez 2 times nicely asking for that area to be redone. The 2nd email even offered to pay. I have yet to get a response...
Communication was great! It's very easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment, confirmations were done and the tech called before the appointment to let me know when he'd arrive.
The carpets always look great after the work is done and spots don't reappear. Your service is much more expensive than others', but the result is exceptional.

The carpet is totally cleaned and it remains clean for longer than after cleaned by other carpet cleaning companies.
Your reservation service. No one answered the phone all day Monday - I almost switched companies since I had an urgent need for a sudden stain. I left an e-mail and someone called the next day at noon. That is too long!

The technician was great, but communicating with you is impossible!!! ! Only persisted because I had loved working with Haines & Cross. I made probably 10 phone calls and reached a voice mail every single time. Your message that you will return the call before the end of the day is ludicrous because that never happened. And when we had agreed on a time frame you arbitrarily changed it with less than a 12-hour notification.
Dennis did a great job on my carpet twice in the last year. I like that there aren't any harmful chemicals in your product.

Great customer service. Livingston told me everything they would be doing. The office called the day before my appointment to remind me. Livingston called on his way to my house and gave me a 20 minute time frame. They were terrific the whole time they were here. (Rolando was his helper and he was great also.)

I love how there is no residual smells from chemicals; my house just smells CLEAN. The carpet is fluffy and soft. My tech was very knowledgeable about both my carpet and my antique Mexican tile floors and was able to discuss cleaning options about them. Thanks to KFI/Bill Handel for promoting this company.
That it is natural
The service was very good as well as the results. My only negative is the pricing structure makes it hard to do one or two rooms...other cleaners seem more accommodating to that in terms of their pricing.

I thought the technician, Dennis, was very professional. Also, he did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I am very satisfied because of the cleaning process of using water and not chemicals.
