I like. It that no soap goes into my carpet. It stays clean longer.
We were very pleased with the young man who spent time and attention doing a great job.
I like that it only uses the water process, without any chemicals. I have allergies and one of my pets has very bad contact dermatitis allergies, so I need to be really careful what I use on the floors. It's a little more expensive, but it's worth it. It also dries quickly and the carpets look almost like new.
My carpets look great. The technicians are excellent. They show up on time, are very helpful and kind.
Technicians are very knowledgeable and conscientious with high end carpet and upholstery. You have repeatedly gotten out serious stains, )red wine, red sauce and heavy, greasy gravies) with no damage to the fabrics.

Carpets always come out very clean and dry quickly. The technicians are always friendly and on time. The price quoted was much higher than the actual price charged which was a huge plus.

The people are great and I would rate a 10 but I'm disappointed that the stains did not come out of my rug. For the price I paid I would expect it to be spot free.

They are very thorough and very nice. The carpet looks great. He also put some brownout on my curtain that had water damage and it worked real well. It was a big improvement.
Michael was very professional and did an excellent job. I have white carpet that I've been thinking of ripping it up and replacing it next year but he made it look so white and clean again I might not have to rip it up after all. Thank you so much Michael. Great job.

The tech who arrived was very friendly and professional. He also gave me a quick estimate of what I needed and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He did a great job in a short time and the carpet dried in the time he said it would, which was 8 hours..I definitely will use zero rez again..
