Compare to the other carpet cleaners, the extra money I paid does not measure up to the hype about ZEROREZ, I've had a return service to re-do the Master Bathroom, one "Highest Traffic Area" I pointed out to the service technician before the first cleaning to take extra care of.

The technicians was courteous and professional. The carpets dried within a few days, I liked that a lot, also, the tech worked to get up old stains from my pets. Next time I will ask about pre-treating areas of hard stains. Overall, zerorez did a very good job on some very filthy carpets.

Carpet wasn't as clean as I had expected. It's only 3 years old and the traffic areas still look soiled. The technician was very Nice and respectful .

We used OC Zero Rez. Sal was very friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. It was easy to make an appointment and I appreciated talking to a live person not a message machine. Zero Rez called the day before and sent an email to confirm our appt. and Sal called about 1/2 hr before his arrival.

My technician Eduardo was amazing and so helpful. The carpets keep amazing and they feel so much better - soft and pure.

Why does the rep wear his regular shoes thruout the house + on the carpets as cleaning - surely he tracked in dirt from the parking lot and walked on carpet as steamed areas, altho walked behind the steamer.

Got the carpets very clean! But had an area rug that I had moved on a travertine floor. The area rug had no underpad, and there is a mark where the floor was steam cleaned. Not really Zerorez fault, because it means the whole floor needs to be steam cleaned! But, it would have been nice to know. However, the technician was AWESOME!!!

No chemicals and I still get a clean carpet.

It gets my carpets clean and they stay clean longer. No soap build up. If you don't use zerorez you might as well not clean your carpets at all. They are the very best out there!!!!!

The service technician was amazing and did a great job on the carpet. The products used are amazing! I have never had any stains re-appear after the cleaning and there is never any residue of the cleaning agent. Zerorez is the only cleaning company I will ever use. I also have white carpet.
