Customer service of employees. On return touch up, Livingston did a great job and went above and beyond.
Arrived on time, a very professional tech provided excellent service, amazingly clean carpets that look brand new--I could not be more pleased!

The price was quite high though - I am hoping the carpeting will stay clean for a while. The fact that there isn't a lot of chemicals in the solution is also encouraging. I did have the staff member leave a card for potential future work.

The man helping us was very nice and thorough, he tried to clean urine in our upstairs bedroom, but then the smell lingered for days. I wish he had done something about the smell as well as the stain.

Robert did an excellent job on our 15 year old white carpet. The stairs needed extra care and Robert was able to make them look almost new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez services to friends and family.
