I had a gentleman out to clean 3 areas plus a hallway and I paid extra for my stairs. He by far did the best job on our stairs than any other Zerorez technician in the past. My disappointment was with the first room he cleaned where a splatter mark showed on the carpet. The stain wasn't there before the cleaning and it was in the main traffic area measuring 3 feet by 3 feet in the shape of an L. The tech was in a hurry to leave and during the cleaning we left him alone. When we inspected the room and saw the dark splatter my husband ran out to the Zerorez van as the tech was about to pull out. He said it may go away after drying. Meanwhile the stain got darker! We would have appreciated him pointing it out to us and not trying to be so evasive. After calling Zerorez about the stain, a second technician came out and thoroughly cleaned the area. After drying there is now no trace of the splatter mark and I appreciated that the whole issue was resolved to our liking. Thank you for your stellar service, we will continue to only use Zerorez for our home.

It is a little expensive. Maybe break down types of services by cost and offer more of a tiered price offering.

Juan was prompt & courteous, he did an excellent job of cleaning my dirty carpet. The was very dirty, because I had an injured dog in the house, so there were some urine & feces stains, but Juan got those out. Now my home is clean & smells good!
PS - the dog is recovered, now he can go outside to do his business. But Juan applied a protective treatment in case of future mishaps.

I think a second pass was in order for the rugs. The rugs were billed at a buck fifty a sq. Ft. the price sdisparity is unjust. The person told me it is a different attachment, I watched. Not true. So, it is bait with 50 bucks a room and jack up the price and give lame not true justifications.

Well I like the fact that I, (we) only need to have our carpeting cleaned once a year for what I consider a reasonable price. We are retired, ages 85 and 81 and it is a real effort to move ,some, furniture out of the way so most of the carpet is cleaned. I vacuum once a week with a missed week occasionally, Our carpet is only three years old, dark brown so it really doesn't show the dirt, we also like the fact that the carpet is dry by the next day and I can relax until next year. For us it is a win win situation where the standard rug cleaners are always trying to sell you something you do not want ie: carpet cleaning contract for them to come by once every 3 mo. I can not do every three months. the carpet is still wet 3 days later. and for the 3 mo. contract with 3 returns which is almost all year requires more work on my part. Sal A. is on time, good natured, gets my jokes and a truly likeable worker, loves his job and works as if you are the only customer for the day. 100% satisfaction so far as long as Sal A. is our choice to do our carpets.

i emptied the rooms of everything but the furniture. i missed a box in one closet. the cleaning guy cleaned around the box instead of moving it. he also wouldnt roll a bed over to the side to clean the carpet under it. that particular room was a rental room and the carpet is dirty under it. so am i supposed to move the bed that is on wheels and schedule another cleaning? didn't meet my expectation of having my carpets cleaned.
