How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

They never responded to my request (& their promise to send me my receipt for payment (I paid cash). The man who came to do the work told me they would seems it by email (he con firmed it was correct) . After multiple calls requesting email copy,they call they called & told me they'd send it by standard mail . I never received it!

Robert, the Zerorez associate who performed my services, was professional and thorough and friendly. There was no obnoxious odor and my carpets dried quickly. I didn't have much hope that my carpets could look better, but they do.

What could we do to improve?

Lower ur prices. The water process is great & the city stays clean MUCH longer. I have recommended u to many friends & EVERY one has come back saying they could not & would not pay such prices to have a carpet cleaned, regardless of durability. Just too expensive for most people.

By the way,ALEX was GREAT! On a scale of 1-10, ten being best I'd rate him at 10. He is VERY interested in doing a great job. I, of course, will have to wait to see how long the cptg, especially the room entry areas, which were the dirtiest, stay clean, but after one day, I am totally satisfied.

Customer service is exceptional. Your technician, Sal, could not have been nicer. He listened to my requests, and cleaning was very thorough. He left me quite a few shoe covers as we are selling our home, and extra would be great for future buyers!!!! Sal also gave me small bottle of cleaner. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hello,
My carpets looked pretty good until they dried, and then they just kind of looked sad. It may very well be because it is cheap rental carpet, but I was really hoping to get them super clean and fresh.
I didn't have a problem paying the $300+ as I thought they came out great at first. Now that it has been a few days, they really don't look that much better.
My technician, Matt, did move my couch to clean under it and did a great job moving it back to where it belongs, however he didn't seem too excited about doing that when asked originally.
Good follow up on the appointments and arrive time!
