Not using chemicals
My technician Robert is the best! He is very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend him.
The techs are really interested in getting out all the stains and making the carpet really clean.
Operator arrives within the prescribed 'window' and called 1/2 hour before arrival as agreed. Carpet is cleaner than other services have left it and the spots down't come back nearly as soon. The operator is careful to not have water drip off the ends of the stairs onto the walls.

I paid 150 extra for a spot were a dog had peed and it still smells of pee and fees like it has something on the carpet. The rest of the carpet looks, smells and feels great.
Brett showed up on time; was polite and introduced himself; took a tour of my home and listened to my requests/concerns. Everything I asked for, he did and did really well. My husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. My carpets and upholstery looked fantastic.
