Sal is always very professional and helpful. He does a thorough job and seems to go the extra mile. I like that the product used is non toxic and doesn't leave a residue yet the carpet/tile comes out looking practically brand new. I will definitely be calling again when we need our floors cleaned.

No residue. Carpet feels soft and clean. Why is the word Los Angeles attached to zerorez. We do not live in Los Angeles.

I love the way my tile floor cleans up with Zerorez method. The grout looks like light tan again instead of dark grey. I also am pleased with the way May pale greenish chairs look after cleaning. I am amazed how they look once Zerorez works on them. Dispite our dog inhabiting them as a daytime bed and my husband sitting there off and on during BBQing meat, the get quite soiled. They almost new! I've had Xerorez here before. I will have them back again. I have referred them to a neighbor.When someone memntions getting their carpet or floor cleaned I will will urge them to try Zerorez. Thank you!

Be upfront about the price. $179 for three rooms but you added on additional fees. Not very honest advertising.

Your service person showed up to my place and he and I discussed that the carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned in a couple years and he said he would get started any way. I asked them to close the door when he left and I left him a $30 tip. A couple hours later he texted me and said the carpet was stained beyond hope and stated that because the carpet could not be cleaned sufficiently, he was refunding my money AND he left the tip on my cabinet. I texted him and thanked him for his integrity and honesty. Wow.
