You guys always do a great job. Your techs are polite, caring, work fast, and know what they are doing. Your pricing is fair.
The carpet is better looking, but does not look clean. Dark areas and outlines are all over the place. 24 hours later, the carpet is still wet. I pointed out after he was finished that the carpet seemed too wet--leaving my hand thoroughly wet. Alex said it was normal. I am not happy. Keith did a much better job last time. He was the reason I called you back for this clean-up. I think it needs more focused attention which I will be attempting with some canned carpet cleaner that claims to get out spots, though I wanted to avoid chemicals. I do not expect to be calling you for future cleaning.
The special was $199 for three rooms. I had my kitchen tile cleaned and one bedroom (pathway only) and no furniture was moved. Thought another floor should have been cleaned. Paid extra to have the kitchen floor sealed. Did not dry evenly. Had to water mop the floor and buff it with my buffing machine in order to get it to look decent.
The technician was early and very professional and did s great job.
No chemicals are used. Did a good job.
