Very good in every way
My tile, hardwood floors, and 18ft. couch sectional have never looked better! Your technician, Rolando, was very efficient, and extremely polite. Thank you for your great service.
A few things that I really like about Zerorez are, how quickly you can make an appointment. The carpet was left damp not wet, and the price point was great. And on top of that the tech was super nice and arrived early. Two thumbs up!!
I like the way they work to get the stains out. I had it done yesterday and it looks good
today. If the spots don't come back, I will be very happy.

Juan was wonderful. He called and arrived earlier than planned, letting me know he would or course. He did a great job, finished in great time, the carpet it "white" again and he asked if I needed paper booties to walk with for the time the carpet was wet. The carpet dried before 24 hrs and I really appreciate Juan and Zerorez. I have recommended them on our neighborhood website.

The technician was on time (actually a little early!), very professional, and did an amazing job! Our very old, very dirty light-colored carpet looks soooo much better. I can't believe how clean it is, and no sticky residue or funky cleaning-product smell left behind. I wish I had used Zerorev long ago rather than "SS" who did a mediocre job and told me it was "as good as it was going to get". Thank you!
