The tech was professional,friendly and helpful. The carpet looks great.

I explained to the technician that we had brand new hardwood floors and asked what protection he would take. He said that he did not need any because plastic hoses won't leave a mark...but he leaked water on the floor and did not clean-up. I had to. Dropped the cleaning head which did leave a mark. He seemed more interested in up-selling me on other services and not on what he was doing. Not sure you can make it right.

No chemicals

Your product was very effective in removing traffic stains in our carpeting. The product is safe/non-toxic and the service was excellent. Gabriel (mgr.) was very nice and sent us Eduardo Valencia, who was also very nice and did an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to friends.

Hello. First of all, I would like to say that Eduardo did a great job. He was very professional: prompt, neat, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. After the carpets were cleaned, I was thrilled at how clean the carpet appeared to be. Astonished, really, because the beige carpet had been quite dirty with lots of grey-ish spots and walk paths. My disappointment came after the carpet was totally dry the next morning. It was much cleaner, but I could still see faint spots and the discolored gray-ish areas.

I think I was expecting the spots to be totally gone based upon information I was given by the sales persons over the phone.

Was I misinformed, are my expectations too high? My excitement in using your company was that unlike Stanley steemer, the spots should not have re-appeared.

Would it be possible for someone to call me regarding this misinformation?

If the faint spots should have been totally gone, does this warrant a new cleaning?

My carpet still smells like dog urine in the hallway and the ink spot the guy said would either come out or never come out, was still there, but when I dabbed it, it kept coming up on the towel. I think it can be removed completely.

Robert (technician) did an outstandingly good job. He is a real professional - knows his business and knows how to keep the customer happy. Robert works extremely hard to make the carpet look like new. Zerorez cleaning formula works better than the chemicals other companies use.
